An organisation client is any business that will pay an invoice to your Funeral Home. For example, a Funeral Fund that pays an invoice on behalf of the deceased person, or a charity that may pay for a portion of an account on behalf of the family. It could also be a Funeral Home whom you have conducted a transfer for and will pay for these services you have provided.
