Sending emails direct from Firehawk

Firehawk has the ability to send and receive emails, helping keep everything for your client in the one area.

Select the client in reference

Click on “Emails” tab

Click on “New” to create new email

Templates can be created and selected here for commonly sent emails

Click drop down option to show contacts added in your client.

You can also type an email address not in this list and select to add.

Compose your email click send

Note: You don’t need to write – Hi Name, to start your email. This will automatically fill out from the name field.

You will see your sent emails in the emails tab for each client

  • Once the client has opened your email the opened response with change to yes to inform you it has been read
  • Staff can mark off once the email has been actioned changing the picker to yes to inform other staff

Notification in Firehawk

Click the notification bell to when the red dot appears. Click the notification to take you directly to the email

All emails can be found also in one area. See in the communications tab by clicking “emails”
