No need to print your forms when you can get your clients to sign their paperwork on your iPad during the arrangement. Here is a simple process for you to follow.
Before you go through these steps please ensure you are using Safari as your browser on your iPad. Safari has the mark up feature we require to complete this correctly.
After filling out the clients information into Firehawk start by clicking the “Copy client email” button.

This step will help to get the document back into the clients file tab further on.
Find the paperwork you require to be signed and click “Download”

Click “Download” to allow this file to be added on to your iPad.

Find the downloaded file by clicking the recently downloaded button and click the name of the file, this will open it in the “preview” app.

Scroll to where you require your signature and click the “mark up” button.

Suggested pen to use is the black colour in the lightest thickness.

Get your client to sign in the appropriate location using a stylus or finger.

When the form has been signed in all the desired locations press the share button and find your preferred emailing platform. For this demonstration I will choose the apple mail app.

Hold your finger in the address to field for a few seconds. When you let go the paste option will show, click “Paste”.

You will see the unique email address appear, from when you copied it in the first step. This unique email will send the email into this particular clients email chain.

The attached file will automatically be added to the files tab.

If you need to change the name of the file click the three buttons to the right of the file and press edit. Here you are able to edit the name to something preferred.
