Updating to the latest version

Check that you are using the most recent version of FireHawk by clicking on the version number at the bottom of your CRM.

  1. In Chrome, click the three dots in the top right hand corner.
  2. Hover on the option called “More Tools”
  3. Click “Clear browsing data…” in the the new menu that appears
  4. Uncheck “Browsing History”
  5. Change the “Time range” picker to “All time”
  6. Click “Clear data”

This will stop chrome from trying to navigate to an older version of FireHawk.
