Check that you are using the most recent version of FireHawk by clicking on the version number at the bottom of your CRM.
- In Chrome, click the three dots in the top right hand corner.
- Hover on the option called “More Tools”
- Click “Clear browsing data…” in the the new menu that appears
- Uncheck “Browsing History”
- Change the “Time range” picker to “All time”
- Click “Clear data”
This will stop chrome from trying to navigate to an older version of FireHawk.
