How to create an Estimate Template

Creating Estimate templates can streamline the process for your Arrangers. Navigate to finance in the left hand menu of CRM, select the drop down and then ‘Estimates’. Hover over ‘Estimates’ and click the + icon next to ‘Templates’.

Add a title for the template and then begin adding pieces of stock by clicking the + icon under ‘Stock’

Complete the stock items by selecting a category from the dropdown picker e.g “Administration” then selecting a stock item from the picker e.g “Professional Service Fee”. You may add/edit the detail/descriptions of the stock item, quantities and prices.

 

Use the icons on the right of each stock item to adjust the order and remove them, click the + icon to add a new item.  Select ‘Save’ when finished editing.

To view a list of created estimate templates, navigate to finance in the left hand menu of CRM, select the drop down and then ‘Estimates’. Hover over ‘Estimates’ and click ‘Templates’.
