FireHawk Messages is an electronic signing book for use at your funeral services. A generated QR code displayed at the chapel/service location can be scanned by attendees using a smart phone. The attendee is prompted to complete their details and leave a personal message. These details are then sent to the client file in CRM and can be viewed and exported.
To generate the QR sign in code navigate to the client in CRM. In the top menu select ‘Messages’ and then the ‘Share Messages’ button. The unique code generated can be downloaded and printed by selecting the ‘PDF’ button.
Once an attendee has scanned the code on their phone, completed the details and submitted the message will be visible in the messages list in CRM.
Click on an entry in the list to view the details. In the list of messages, click the cloud/download button in the top right menu to download a .csv file of the messages list.
