To convert an Enquiry/Pre Need client to an At Need, enter the particular client file. From the dropdown picker in the top right of the file, select ‘At Need’.
In the ‘Transfer’ pop up modal, select the Registry State and then ‘Update’ The client is now converted from Pre Need/Enquiry to At Need. Please note this conversion will use a credit.
Reload the client to view the change. The client is now listed under ‘At Need’
