Archiving & Unarchiving – Clients, Stock, Suppliers & more

In CRM clients, stock and suppliers etc. are often linked to many other items, or they have attachments like invoices, comments and tasks. By Archiving items they are not completely deleted and will appear in a search within CRM if you choose ‘Show Archived’.

To archive an item, navigate to the appropriate list in CRM e.g a ‘Suppliers’ list or ‘At Need’ client list. From the the icons at the top of the list to the right of the search bar, click the last ‘select rows’ icon.

Check the box next to the item/s in the list you wish to archive. Then select the ‘Archive’ icon in the top right. Confirm to archive the supplier or stock in the popup modal. Click the ‘Select rows’ icon to go back to the list. 

You can view previously archived items by selecting the ‘Show Archived’ icon on the top right. Archived items will appeared greyed out in the list. Click again to hide the items.
